DELIVERY & RETURNS
UK Delivery of Furniture Items
The price for each item includes UK delivery, which will be arranged with one of our trusted furniture couriers.
This will include a full protective wrap service to ensure your purchase is safe from damage throughout transit. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier. Please ensure that they are suitably insured for transporting furniture. Once the item has been collected, we are unable to accept responsibility for any damages/losses that may occur in transit.
Free collection is available from East Kilbride, Glasgow. Contact us to arrange a suitable time.
For smaller items, (e.g. jewellery boxes, small home décor items) cost of delivery is added at checkout and will be arranged through either Royal Mail or Hermes.
If you would like to return an item please notify us within 14 days of delivery and ship it back to us within 21 days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for all return courier charges, please be aware that the cost of returning it may be more than the cost of delivery. It should be sent back re-packaged properly in the original packaging where possible.
The item should be returned using a reputable courier or in person.
Only when the item has been received in its original condition will we issue a refund for the item within 7 days (less any costs incurred including the cost of delivery and return of the item).
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
